Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and fluency in at least two of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu. Telecallers will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing information about our products and services, handling customer queries, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound and Inbound Calling: Make and receive calls to potential and existing customers to provide information, resolve queries, and generate interest.
  • Customer Engagement: Build a rapport with customers to enhance their experience and provide detailed information about our offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads, encourage customer inquiries, and guide interested customers through the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call details, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of +12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in any two of the following languages: Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

  • Customer-Focused: A passion for customer service and the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
  • Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to drive interest in products/services.
